Linda Bush, President
Linda Bush is president of Bush Anderson and Associates and, in addition to being a Master Facilitator for The BrainStyles System®, is a seminar leader, speaker, team building consultant, and executive coach. In her 25 years of business experience, she has forged a striking ability to tap potential and inspire effectiveness in others and is recognized as a “life-altering speaker.” Linda’s clients have included organizations in the areas of manufacturing, health care, advertising, banking, distribution, construction, and education as well as many non-profits. Formerly with IBM, she is licensed to deliver over 20 training and coaching programs by twelve organizations, including Master Trainer for IBM TeamPac, PBP Worldwide SMARTDecision and Training Redesign, and is Myers-Briggs qualified. Gary R. Anderson, Partner
As a partner of Bush Anderson and Associates, and co-owner of Diamond B- Rockin’ A Ranch Retreat, Gary helps inspire and bring into reality the visions born of his life partnership with Linda Bush. Drawing on his 24 years experience in the building industry during which he developed both hands-on and people management skills, Gary supervised the building of the handsome 4800 sq. ft. timber-framed lodge based on his and Linda’s designs. Today he maintains all physical aspects of operating the 150-acre cattle and horse ranch and continues to landscape and improve this beautiful venue. Whether tending to logistical support, taking visitors on hay rides around the property, or serving up tasty barbeque at the chuck wagon, Gary’s good spirit and hospitality enhances the experience of program participants.

Marlane Miller, Associate
Marlane’s innovative and groundbreaking research on the brain and its impact on personality, led to the publication of several books, including BrainStyles™: Change Your Life Without Changing Who You Are. Her books and teaching materials about how these insights translate to personal and professional success are available in various languages -- including Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Polish, German, French, and Indonesian. As a personal coach for over 30 years, she has helped clients identify and master their brain-based strengths rather than try to change themselves to get along with others. Her work is being applied internationally by large corporations and small businesses, as well as educators, MBAs, private attorneys, students, and retirees in career or life transitions. In addition to her coaching practice, professional speaking engagements, and public seminars, Miller has served as a consultant to a number of women's, family, and community organizations from her private practice based in Dallas.

Vic Sassone, Associate
National seminar leader, business performance coach, team and organizational consultant, Vic has a broad base of industry experience and has worked with clients in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, finance, and other service businesses. He was previously Executive Director of the Hogan Center for Performance Excellence, where he had been the primary instructor in many programs including the Performance Excellence Series, Practical Skills for Managers and Supervisors, and Interview Skills for Managers. Since 1993, Vic has served in various roles in the Texas Award for Performance Excellence (TAPE). He served on the Board of Examiners from 1993 through 1997, and has served on the Board of Overseers since 1997. Formerly with IBM, Vic is based in Dallas, Texas and is available internationally.

Dessie Leff, Associate
Dessie is President and CEO of Trilogy Performance Coaching. She is also a proven leader in Corporate Wellness Programming. She works with individuals who are already very successful in their fields but need to balance the many demands of their success with their own wellness. She has worked with administrative, management, and VP level employees drawn from her corporate experience of nearly two decades in sales, service, and sales management, holding positions as sales representative, district manager and regional manager. Her clients include GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Cap Gemini, BHA Group, the USDA and Hallmark Cards. Additionally she is a graduate and certified coach of Coach University. Dessie is currently enrolled in The Graduate School of Coaching at Coachville. She founded her own venture, Trilogy Performance Coaching, in June 2001.
