| Retreat Services The Diamond B-Rockin' A Ranch Retreat Pilot Point, Texas  The ranch is a unique and beautiful conference and meetings venue for small and large groups needing space for outdoor and indoor activities. The 150-acre horse and cattle ranch is a fulfillment for owners Linda Bush and Gary Anderson of a dream to create a retreat venue where people can participate in activity-based learning while reconnecting with the natural environment and each other. The couple also raises Texas Longhorn cattle, Quarter Horses, and Paints on the property. The new 4800 square foot timber-frame facility inspires guests with its 30' ceiling resting on red oak timbers, sweeping covered porches that capture the constant breeze, and a loft boasting 360-degree views of ponds, trees and prairie. After a day-long workshop, one guest aptly described this stunning space as having “the grandeur of a cathedral and the coziness of a cottage.” The physical environment is matched by the personal care, professional attention, and warm spirit Linda and Gary bring to creating a satisfying and fulfilling experience for all their guests.  Meeting Spaces, Meals, and AccommodationsMeeting spaces, all with views of the grounds, accommodate both your primary gathering and breakout sessions. Daily facility rental includes standard audio-visual such as LCD projector, TV/VCR, CD/DVD, and flipcharts. Delicious and efficient catering is offered. Continental or hot breakfasts are $4-$7 per person including fresh squeezed juices and coffee/tea. Cold or hot lunches are $6-$9 per person including iced tea. Our caterer takes delight in customizing your menus to your exact needs and wants while keeping the prices reasonable. We also provide one guest bedroom and bathroom for a facilitator or coordinator. In addition we offer discounted rate packages for overnight stays at the following nearby guest lodges. Shuttle transportation to and from accommodations can be provided.
